Refund Policy

1. Our promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the Software does not work as described, or you experience a serious problem we cannot solve, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. How to request a refund

• Email us at [email protected] (or use the support form).
• Include the email used for the purchase and, if you have it, the purchase ID from your receipt.
• No long explanation needed — a sentence is enough.

3. How refunds are processed

Checkout and payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of ch-expert. Refunds are handled directly by us once you contact support, and are issued to your original payment method; how quickly the refund appears depends on your bank or card provider.

4. After a refund

The associated license keys are deactivated and must be removed from your Mac.

5. Fair use

We may decline repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of the policy.
